Privacy policy

This policy explains what Hladini Technologies Private Limited ("Toupas", "we") collects when you use Toupas, and what we do with it. We collect only what's needed to run the service, and we don't sell personal data or show ads.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, the names of your accounts and teams, and who is a member of which.
- Billing: your billing country, and the details of what you bought and paid. Card, UPI and bank details go straight to Razorpay; we never see or store them.
- Your apps: the files, settings, database and stored files of the apps you make live. Secrets you set are stored encrypted.
- Logs: what your apps print, kept 30 days for apps on a paid plan and 7 days for apps on trial; and a record of actions in your account (who made which app live, changed a setting, and so on).
- Technical: IP addresses and the country they're in, for security, limits on sign-ups and requests, and showing prices in your currency.
What we use it for
Running your apps, signing you in, taking payments, sending emails about your account (sign-in codes, trial and payment reminders, problems with your apps), preventing abuse, and fixing problems with the service.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare: the network in front of apps on toupas.app and connected domains, and storage for app files and our backups.
- Razorpay: payments.
- Our email provider: sending account emails.
- Our server provider: the servers Toupas runs on.
Each handles data only to provide its service to us. We share data with others only when the law requires it.
Visitors to your apps
Your apps are yours: what they collect from their own visitors is between you and them. Toupas itself keeps only short-lived technical logs of requests to them.
Cookies
The panel uses one cookie to keep you signed in. The website (toupas.com) uses no cookies and no tracking.
How long we keep it
Account details: while your account exists. Apps' data: until you delete it, or 30 days after an app stops. Payment records: as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
You can see and change your account and apps in the panel, download your database with toupas db export, and delete apps at any time. To get a copy of your data, or to have your account deleted, write to hello@toupas.com.
