Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Hladini Technologies Private Limited ("Toupas", "we") for using Toupas: the website at toupas.com, the panel at app.toupas.com, the toupas program and its tools for coding agents, and the apps it puts online. By creating an account or using Toupas you agree to them.

What Toupas does

Toupas takes an app from your computer and makes it live at a link (on toupas.app or your own domain), with a database and file storage when the app needs them. Toupas is new and offered as it is. We work to keep apps online, but we don't promise a particular uptime.

Your account

• You sign in with your email address. Keep access to it: it's how you sign in and how we reach you.
• One personal account per person. Teams can be created for working with others; the team's owners are responsible for it.
• You're responsible for what happens in your account, including what your coding agent does with the access you give it.

Free trial

New apps in a personal account get a free trial of 30 days, with no card needed. Up to 5 apps can be on trial at once, sharing 256 MB of memory and 500 MB of storage. When a trial ends, the app stops until it's moved to a paid plan. Team accounts have no trial.

Paid plans

• Plans and add-ons (extra memory, extra storage) are paid monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Custom toupas.app names and connected domains are paid a year at a time and don't renew by themselves; we remind you before they end.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page and before you pay. Prices in Indian rupees exclude GST, which is added at checkout. Payments are handled by Razorpay.
• If a renewal can't be charged, everything keeps running for 7 days while it's retried. After that, apps on the plan stop until it's paid.

Your apps and data

• What you put on Toupas stays yours. You let us store, copy and serve it only as needed to run your apps.
• When an app stops (a trial ends or a plan isn't paid), its data is kept for 30 days and then deleted. Paying within that time brings everything back.
• We keep copies of databases to recover from our own failures, but you should keep your own copy of anything important (toupas db export downloads your database).

What's not allowed

You may not use Toupas to host or send anything illegal; malware or phishing; spam; content that infringes others' rights or exploits children; attacks on other systems, scanning or denial of service; cryptocurrency mining; or anything that tries to get around Toupas's limits or reach other customers' apps. We may stop an app or suspend an account that does, or that puts the service or other customers at risk, and we'll tell you why.

Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Toupas is provided without warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it. We're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or data you didn't keep a copy of.

Ending

You can stop using Toupas at any time: cancel your plans and delete your apps in the panel. We may end these terms if you break them. If we ever stop offering Toupas, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can take your apps and data elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we'll email account owners at least 14 days before they apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts decide any dispute.
